To ensure the safety of passengers, clinical crews, and flight operations under Indian Civil Aviation Security Regulations (BCAS), the following items are strictly prohibited on board Jhankar Aviation aircraft.
❌ Dangerously Restricted (Banned)
- Explosives & Munitions: Fireworks, signal flares, ammunition, and loaded firearms.
- Flammable Liquids/Solids: Lighter fuels, gasoline, paints, thinners, matches, and heaters.
- Corrosive Agents: Acids, alkalis, mercury-containing instruments, and wet cell batteries.
- Gases: Propane, aerosol cans (except personal toiletries in small volumes), tear gas.
⚠️ Clinical & Electronic Limits
- Clinical Oxygen Cylinders: Private clinical oxygen cylinders are strictly prohibited. Certified clinical oxygen is pre-equipped in the cabin by Jhankar Medevac.
- Lithium Batteries: Lithium-ion batteries exceeding 160Wh require airline approval and must be packed in carry-on baggage with terminals insulated.
- E-Cigarettes: Allowed in carry-on baggage only; charging and use on board is strictly illegal.
Security Screening Acknowledgement
All passengers, baggage, and medical devices will undergo security screening at the airport's General Aviation Terminal (GAT) prior to boarding. Non-compliance with security checks will result in immediate flight cancellation without refund, as mandated under DGCA non-scheduled operation permit terms.
